This position is part of the Flex Team, PeopleScout's variable workforce unit. The FlexTeam is PeopleScout's strategic approach to provide client delivery teams the ability to scale quickly. Flex Team employees are eligible for various health insurance plan options that meet the Affordable Care Act's mandate.

Position Summary:

As a Recruiter, you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment for PeopleScout's RPO.

Responsibilities:

• Client-facing responsibilities including managing daily information, candidate data tracking in an ATS, resolving problems, participating in client meetings, and maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction
• Must possess the excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple requisitions at any given time, and meet varying client-specific objectives.

Requirements:

• Will train for this role
• Availability to work at local TSA human resources office as needed
• Flexibility in schedule with availability to work both short and long-term assignments
• Proficiency in M.S. Office programs
• Must possess a sufficient level of technological savvy as working with various clients requires learning new programs quickly.
• A self-starter who can rapidly adhere to well-developed hiring processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sense of urgency, organizational skills, and attention to detail

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $18-$33 per hour/year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, extent of expected customer contact, the PeopleScout customer to whom a candidate is assigned, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding a higher starting pay. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
